** What You’ll Do
** As a Floor RN MGR, you will provide compassionate, direct patient care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assesses and plan patient care within set time frames, documenting nursing findings according to policies.
* Handles scheduling conflicts and call offs.
* Handles patient complaints.
* Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
* Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies.
* Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.
* Communicates concerns or issues with AOC and facility leadership.
* Leads code drills.
* Provides training support to new staff.
** What We’re Looking For
*** Current
** RN license** (in good standing).
* ** BSN preferred**; ADN considered with relevant experience.
* Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not required—training provided.
* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Must be
** 21 years or older**.
