** As a Floor RN, you will provide compassionate, direct patient care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team to support patients in their recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include:
*** Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care in a psychiatric/behavioral health setting.
* Administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
* Assisting in crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
* Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other staff to ensure effective treatment plans.
* Documenting patient progress and maintaining compliance with state and federal standards.
* Supporting patients and families with education and resources to encourage long-term wellness.###
**** What We’re Looking For
***** Current RN license (in good standing).
* BSN preferred; ADN considered with relevant experience.
* Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not required—training provided.
* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Must be 21 years or older.
