Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring high quality, excellent service, and cleanliness.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks: planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective actions to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager for a smooth handoff. They also help departments achieve targets.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older, possess a flexible schedule, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Wages & Benefits- Health Care: ACA Compliant health plan available after one year of full‑time service.
- Wages: $17‑$21 per hour, based on experience and availability.
