Single specialty group/ Inpatient and Outpatient 3 Current providers with a Support staff of: 2 CRNPs, 10 rotating nurses (2 RNs, 6 LPNs, 1 MA), 1 Office manager 40 hours/week 4 (10 hour) shifts/week Clinic schedule structure:
Office hours: 7 a.m.
-7 p.m. (Monday-Thurs.) 7 a.m.
