MD or DO Degree from an accredited medical school
Accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency & Accredited Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship
Trauma designation:
Level 1 Regional Resource Center
Hospital Call:
Start 7:00 am and will be on 24-hour call
