Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist to support our inpatient and outpatient services. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in high-risk obstetrics, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to excellence. You will play a vital part in managing complex pregnancies within a comprehensive care setting that includes a Level 3A NICU, helicopter service, and robust support staff. Required Skills
- Valid PA State Medical License
- Active PA DEA registration
- Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology with subspecialty certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (ABO+G)
- Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Fellowship training in MFM accredited by ACGME or AOA
- Proven experience managing high-risk pregnancies
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Experience working in a Level 3A NICU environment
- Previous involvement with neonatal and maternal health programs
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly Epic
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neonatologists, CRNPs, CNMs, and support staff
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years post-fellowship clinical experience as a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist
- Demonstrated leadership in maternal-fetal health initiatives
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary group practice setting
- Availability for shift coverage on February 13-16, 2026
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as required (though weekends are not mandated)
- Commitment to adhering to all hospital protocols and standards
- Must have or be able to obtain licensure and certifications in Pennsylvania
- Ability to work with advanced medical equipment including Level 3A NICU and helicopter transport services
