Job Description What You Will Be Doing As the Industrial Engineer Senior
- Level 3 you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing facilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Analyze and design sequences of operations and workflow to improve plant efficiency.

Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.

Develop and implement accident‑prevention measures and manage training programs for production staff.

Conduct studies on cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems, then propose actionable improvements.

Collaborate with facilities engineers to plan and design facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.

- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.

On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field, with multiple years of professional experience

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Capable of leading improvement / optimization projects

Experience with statistical analysis and data analytics

Familiarity with SAP or a related manufacturing system

Desired Skills Resource planning experience

Tableau experience

Aerospace or Fabrication Shop Experience Strong Verbal and Written Communication SkillsSQL Experience
