Are you an experienced commercial roofer who takes pride in quality work, values safety, and enjoys leading by example? We're looking for a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our dynamic team in the Greater Pittsburgh area. In this role, you'll lead a two-person crew, manage on-site service projects, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

* Lead and mentor your roofing technician, coordinating daily work and maintaining a safe, productive job site.

* Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining strong communication.

* Diagnose and repair various roofing issues including leaks, membrane and flashing repairs, and general maintenance.

* Perform hands-on roofing work such as tear-offs, insulation, membrane welding, and flashings.

* Ensure compliance with OSHA and manufacturer safety standards.

* Submit proposals for additional work (e.g., NTE increases, quick bids), and help identify service opportunities.

* Maintain accurate documentation including photos, reports, timesheets, and service logs using mobile apps.

* Inspect and maintain vehicle and tools to ensure readiness and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum of 2 years of commercial roofing experience (5+ preferred).

* Strong leadership skills and experience supervising or mentoring others.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to use mobile apps and technology for service reporting and documentation.

* Valid, clean driver's license.

* Must live in the Greater Pittsburgh area and be available for hands-on work.

* Willingness to work after hours or weekends when needed.

* OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
