Administrative Clerk - 2nd Shift

Location: Joliet, IL
Pay: $22.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 1:30 PM-9:30 PM
Job Type: Temp To Hire
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are currently hiring an Administrative Clerk for a busy warehouse facility in Joliet, IL. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a combination of office/administrative work and working in a warehouse environment
.

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Enter and maintain accurate information in computer systems
• Prepare, organize, and maintain paperwork and records
• Assist with warehouse-related documentation
• Communicate with warehouse staff and supervisors
• Support daily operations with data entry and other administrative tasks
• Work between the office/desk area and warehouse floor as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

• Previous administrative, clerical, data entry, or warehouse office experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
  Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Steel-toed shoes and safety vest required
• No heavy lifting required
