Customer Service Specialist - CHC/046 at Will County Health Department and Community Health Center
Pay Range- Base pay: $22.35/hr - $31.58/hr
The Customer Service Specialist will serve as the liaison between the Will County Health Department and its current and potential customers, clients, and patients (patrons). This individual will work in a call center, working closely with other team members to provide exceptional patron service by listening attentively to understand the reason for their call and addressing all questions and concerns.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

- Three (3) years of customer service and call center experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish with a successful completion of the Interpreter bilingual assessment.
- Verification of U.S. citizenship or employment eligibility.
- Must possess a valid Illinois Driver's License with minimum auto liability insurance.
- Experience in a healthcare call center.
