Compensation: Up to $65 / hr (based on experience)

• Conduct psychological evaluations (cognitive, social-emotional, behavioral) to assess student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and IEP teams to develop data‑driven intervention plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and short‑term counseling support for students.
• Assist in MTSS / RTI implementation, including progress monitoring and tiered supports.
• Participate in IEP / 504 meetings, offering expertise on accommodations and specialized services.
• Advocate for equitable practices to support diverse learners (disabilities, ELL, at-risk youth).
• Train staff on mental health awareness, behavioral strategies, and trauma‑informed care.
• Maintain confidential, compliant records aligned with IDEA and Illinois state guidelines.

• Master’s or Specialist Degree in School Psychology (or related field).
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement or eligibility.
