Colliers International in Joliet, IL is seeking a Building Engineer responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Fleet vehicle provided, you will respond to client requests, prioritize work orders, and ensure minimal downtime.
You bring 2–5 years of building maintenance or engineering experience, a CFC certification or ability to obtain, and solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems along with a valid driver’s license
