Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
• Open game at assigned table, count contents, verify count with closing list, inspect cards or dice, and sign off with supervisor.
• Deal games, pay out winnings, exchange currency for chips, and inform guests of game rules.
• Change over deck of cards or dice; inspect and mix cards.
• Verify bankroll fills with the supervisor and Security personnel.
• Ensure protection of game; maintain continuous inspection of cards or dice; ensure betting is in compliance with game rules and minimums set.
• Close game; sort cards, balance rack, count chips, and sign off with the supervisor.
• Maintain the honesty and integrity of assigned games, controlling pace.
• Assist guests with questions regarding casino activities or refer to appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of casino dealing experience is required. Must have Blackjack and Roulette and/or Craps.
• Must be able to pass an audition.
• Must understand and speak the English language.
• Must have excellent guest service skills.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus, with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.
