Healthcare Eligibility Advocate – Financial Aid Access

A healthcare advocacy firm is seeking an Eligibility Specialist to help uninsured and underinsured patients access financial assistance for medical care. You will assess patient eligibility, guide them through applications for government programs, and communicate clearly regarding their options. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required. The position demands empathy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality per HIPAA.
