$15.00/hr - $15.40/hr

• No previous experience needed
• Commit to Scribe America for up to 6+ months
• Be flexible enough to work 2 shifts per week
• Ability to type over 40 WPM

• Monday - Friday (Overnights)
  • 8pm - 6am
  • 6pm - 6am

Note:

Our ideal candidate will be flexible to work a minimum of two 8+ hour shifts per week. We strive to accommodate diverse schedules and times can change; please apply if your availability differs.

• Accompany providers during patient visits to document the provider assessment and exam
• Document patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, procedures, treatment plans, medical opinions of consultants, diagnoses, medications/prescriptions, and follow-up instructions
• Navigate the facility computer system and electronic medical record
• Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care
• Review past history and test results to support medical decisions
• Adhere to facility compliance requirements and Scribe America policies and procedures

• Generally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents, bend and stoop as needed, and reach with hands and arms
• Regularly required to use a keyboard and computer
• Ability to sit or stand in front of a computer for several hours a day
