As a Housekeeper you will maintain the cleanliness and infection control standards of our residents’ environment. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Avantara Joliet by cleaning and sanitizing all areas, and operating housekeeping related tools, chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean and sanitize rooms, common areas, and operating rooms.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Report any maintenance or infection control issues.
• Follow facility protocols and safety procedures.

Eligibility:

• High school graduate or equivalent (11th grade accepted).
• Prior housekeeping experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to a clean and safe environment.
