Job Opportunity – Radiology Technician (Cardiac Cath Lab) – Joliet, IL 60435

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Joliet, Illinois

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and/or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with rotating on-call coverage (2 days per week, 1 weekend per month). 90-day assignment ending January 3, 2027.

• Work in a dynamic Cardiology department specializing in interventional and diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures
• Collaborate directly with Cardiologists and Radiologists on invasive and noninvasive cardiac procedures
• Assist with scrubbing procedures and monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data during cardiovascular interventions
• Participate in departmental performance improvement activities and staff training initiatives
• Competitive travel assignment with overtime available after 40 hours

• ARRT-R certification and current state licensure as required
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience required;
  Vascular Interventional Technologist (VI) certification preferred
• Previous experience in an Interventional Radiology department preferred
• BCLS (AHA) certification required upon hire; ACLS required within 30 days of hire
• EPIC electronic medical record experience required
• Proficient computer skills and ability to manage inventory and supply par levels
