Occupational Therapist – Home Health – PRN – Joliet, IL. Symbria is hiring a Per Diem (PRN) Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health Rehab Team, serving patients in Joliet and surrounding areas. Emerging Professionals Mentorship Program: new graduate support with mentorship, education, and a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities- Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
- Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
- Help patients achieve critical outcomes as a trusted partner in the community.
- Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation is desirable but not required.
