This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We provide financial relocation assistance.
Design, build, coordinate, and maintain our multi-tenant, high-complexity, enterprise-scale hosting architecture. Opportunities are available for all experience levels, from those just starting their careers to seasoned professionals interested in technical infrastructure engineering, Infrastructure as Code solutions, or supporting healthcare systems.
Infrastructure Engineers may specialize in various areas. Relevant experience or interest in the following technologies can be discussed during recruitment:
- IT/Systems/Computer Engineering
- Cybersecurity/Networking
- Computer Science
Experience levels include:
- Entry-level:
Background in Computer Science, IT/Systems, or internships in Infrastructure Engineering areas. - Mid-senior: 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering areas.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, IS, IT, or related field
- Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed)
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- COVID-19 vaccination
As part of the Hosting team, responsibilities include:
- Following policies and procedures and escalating issues when necessary
- Escalating potential security incidents with relevant information
- Meeting all security responsibilities outlined in policies and procedures
