Associate Attorney - litigation and trial counsel
KGG LLC is a full-service Will County law firm based in Joliet and servicing the Chicagoland area as well as most of Illinois. We combine the legal skill of a large firm with the personalized customer service of a small one. Our clients benefit from direct contact with their attorney throughout the duration of their legal matters. We offer diverse practice experience in all manners of civil litigation, from small to complex, construction, insurance and injury related litigation, local government and municipal work, family and divorce and estate planning and probate.
The firm also has a diverse transactional practice which includes trusts and estates, business formation and advice and real estate transactions. Our seasoned trial lawyers are prepared to take matters to trial, negotiating settlements from a position of strength. Full-time, on-site role for Associate Attorneys in litigation and trial practice in our Will County, Joliet, IL office. 3+ years of experience.
We have associate positions in litigation involving providing legal advice, conducting research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, motion and pleading drafting and representing clients in court through arbitration and trial proceedings. The position offers an opportunity to utilize existing skills and expand by being given opportunities in a variety of litigation areas and topics. Clients range from individuals and small businesses to large corporations and insurance companies and also include local municipalities and other public entities.
The appropriate individual will be a self-starter, willing to collaborate with a team when necessary and be able to meet the demands of managing a caseload and meeting deadlines.
We seek a highly motivated individual interested in joining our busy practice, establishing a career in Will County and working toward partnership. Salary will be commensurate with experience and will fall within a range of $95,000 - $150,000 annually

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Member licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Illinois
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience preferred
