Logistics Team Leader

Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to join and lead a hard-working team of associates at our Joliet, IL EC3 (US13) location. As a Team Leader you will ensure safety, quality and productivity metrics are met while leading various process improvement projects and participating in cross-functional teams on warehouse and network design initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Lead a team of 25-30, holding them accountable to savings and productivity standards Oversee logistics activities including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, logistics planning, order processing and customer service Partner with cross-functional teams in Quality, Planning, Procurement and Manufacturing to proactively identify and resolve quality and service issues relating to logistics operations Assist in developing the site logistics budget with a focus on continuously improving year over year performance against metrics Coordinate operational redesign projects to improve performance and meet customer needs Monitor fixed assets and coordinate implementation of approved capital improvement projects in your functional areas Communicate standard logistics metrics to direct reports Resolve quality, service & cost issues Support oversight of inventory levels Additional

Shift: Mon-Fri (weekend work as needed) 7am - 3pm

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma or equivalent/GED and 4 years of experience in a manufacturing, logistics or related environment 2 years of previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
