Compensation: $60 000 per year
Job Purpose:
The position reports to the Co-Pack/Retail Fulfillment Manager and manages staff assigned to the shift, performs performance reviews and disciplinary actions, and supervises computer entry work and paperwork flow.
- Assign work for all warehouse staff, ensuring alignment with customer specifications.
- Monitor quality and accuracy of all shipments per customer specifications.
- Update staff on requirement changes and provide training.
- Communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, and implement actions.
- Ensure safety, training, and development of employees, drivers, and contractors in accordance with OSHA and RJW policies.
- Oversee completion of computer data entry, checking for accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain shift employee timesheets for payroll and monitor overtime.
- Complete daily building checks, notifying the manager of equipment or building problems.
- Ensure compliance with AIB processes, procedures, and guidelines for handling food products.
- Complete safety checklists and issue corrective actions or work orders.
- Handle accident reporting and care of injured employees, notifying HR and management.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Co-Pack manager.

Note:
This position is not remote and RJW will not provide relocation assistance.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of co‑pack experience or 2 years in a warehouse environment.
- Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
- PC literate with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
- Associate degree or 6+ years of supervisory/management experience.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to physically count articles on shelves, racks, and pallets.
- Proficiency in English and ability to interpret business documentation.
- Mathematical: add, subtract, multiply, divide; calculate rate, ratio, percent; interpret bar graphs.
- Reasoning: solve practical problems, determine root causes, take corrective action.
- Computer: knowledge of business operating systems, internet, word processing, spreadsheet software; familiarity with labeling software (Nice Label, Bartender) a plus.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 lb occasionally.
- Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use hands repetitively.
- Operate phone systems.
- Speak clearly over the phone.
- Work in indoor office environments for extended periods.
- Work beyond 8 hours when required.
- Handle stressful situations, maintain accuracy and focus on multiple tasks.
- Normal vision with correction; speak and communicate clearly.
The job occasionally exposes employees to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles; noise ranges from quiet to moderately loud.
