We’re looking for a high-impact Fleet Service Coach to oversee maintenance operations across two major recycling facilities. This role rotates 6 months in Joliet, IL and 6 months in Clearwater, FL. If you’re a hands‑on leader who thrives on efficiency, safety, and team development — this role is yours.
What You’ll Do- Lead daily maintenance operations and drive performance, safety, and environmental compliance
- Coach, train, and develop maintenance teams
- Manage scheduling, preventative maintenance, and spare parts inventory
- Investigate incidents and implement root‑cause improvements
- Partner with Plant Managers to set goals and improve processes
- Oversee contractors and support capital improvement projects
- Ensure strong cost control and support budgeting decisions
What You Bring
- 10+ years maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of safety, environmental standards, and equipment management
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive corrective actions
- Solid budgeting, planning, and reporting skills
- Tech‑savvy with maintenance systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Able to respond to on‑site emergencies when needed
