Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months of experience leading lines is a plus
• Lift and stack safely - up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stay active and on your feet all shift

• Lead and support production line team members to meet daily safety, quality, and output goals.
• Set up, operate, and change over packaging machines and production lines.
• Monitor line performance and troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with GMPs and company standards.
• Communicate production goals and updates to the team and leadership.
• Train employees on job duties, safety practices, and GMP requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Record production data, downtime, and incidents accurately.
