Schedule/Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday / 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM ($22/hr)

The position oversees and streamlines production flow across multiple projects, ensuring lean practices and production goals are met.

• Supervising and leading warehouse employees.
• Maintaining and surpassing production goals.
• Monitoring production from start to finish on each project.
• Ensuring the successful flow of production.
• Communicating end‑of‑day production to the supervisor.
• Filling in as supervisor as needed.

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training in a co‑pack or warehouse environment in a lead role.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literacy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access; additional experience preferred.

• GED or H.S. Diploma.
• College experience or degree is a plus.

• English – written and oral required.
• Spanish – written and oral a plus, but not required.

• Ability to solve practical problems and handle situations with limited standardization.
• Interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Determine root causes and corrective actions.

• Occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds.
• Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Operating phone systems with keyboards and buttons.
• Articulate communication, including speaking in front of others.
• Indoor/office environment with repetitive hand motions; sitting required.
• Talk, hear, stand, and walk regularly.
• Capacity to work over continuous 8‑hour periods when required.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and concentration in stressful situations.
• Vision 20/20 corrected; ability to read diverse media.
• Clear telephonic communication skills.
• Sound physical health verified by a certified licensed physician with no evidence of controlled substance use.

The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and noise ranging from quiet to moderately loud.
