Staffmark is seeking a reliable and experienced Stand-up+ Reach Truck Forklift Operator who is also able to perform other tasks for a leading logistics client in Joliet, IL. 1st Shift : 6 : 00 AM 2 : 30 PM, Monday Friday | $19.50 / hour

2nd Shift : 3 : 00 PM 11 : 30 PM, Monday Friday | $20.50 / hour

3rd Shift : 10 : 00 PM 6 : 30 AM, Sunday Thursday | $21.00 / hour

Employment Type : Temp to hire

• Operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks to move materials between production and storage areas
• Sort, weigh, shrink wrap, and pack product
• General warehouse housekeeping
• Retrieve and place materials on racks for inventory and production needs
• Load and unload pallets and trucks as needed
• Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure forklifts are in top working condition
• Complete inventory management tasks, including scanning and tracking material movement
• Use battery-operated hand tools when necessary

• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating stand-up / sit-down forklifts and reach trucks (Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred)
• Strictly adhere to all GMPs and company safety policies
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels
• Able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy
