We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused
Forklift Operator
to support warehouse and production operations. This role involves operating powered industrial equipment to move, stage, and transport materials while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity standards.

• Operate Sit-down or Clamp forklifts and other powered industrial equipment safely.
• Pick and load products onto trailers according to shipping documentation.
• Unload and stage materials from incoming shipments.
• Transport finished goods from production lines to staging or storage areas.
• Supply materials to production lines as needed.
• Perform quality and safety checks on products and equipment.
• Report safety or quality concerns to supervisors immediately.
• Conduct basic cycle counts and inventory checks when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Ability to operate Sit-down forklift and similar powered industrial equipment safely. Clamp experience a plus.
• Ability to complete forklift certification training and evaluation.
• Basic English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Previous forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to
  50 lbs
  and stand or sit for long periods.

• Fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
• Exposure to warehouse conditions including dust, odors, and varying temperatures.
• Overtime may be required during peak production periods.
