• Compensation:
  Salary based on experience with an annual range of $100,000-$110,000. Includes sign-on bonus, up to $12,000 earned productivity bonus, and relocation assistance for FTE!

  Must be able to travel to all Aunt Martha's locations. Provide routine primary care, family planning, and prenatal services as per protocols.
• Qualifications:
  
  IL License REQUIRED, 1 year NP experience REQUIRED (community health/outpatient preferred), Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED, Board Certified or Board Eligible MD with or without US residency with current US work visa.
