Phone Triage Nurse - Pediatrics at Duly Health and Care

Full-time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 pm with rotating Saturdays 8:00 – 12:00 pm.

Joliet, onsite; remote possible after six months of training.

• Manage triage phone calls, assess patient concerns, triage, and provide patient education per physician‑approved protocols.
• Schedule appointments, tests, procedures, obtain pre‑authorization, prescribe or deny medications per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the medical record.
• Act as a clinical resource for staff, assist in training new staff, and support quality improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned and advocate for patients as initial contact.

• Current RN licensure.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, OSHA, HIPAA.
• Minimum one year nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting (new graduates considered in specific circumstances).

Base pay range: $27.00–$38.90 per hour, adjusted for skills, experience, education, certifications, location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, bonuses, and incentives.
