As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate is required. Prior CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are the front line of the clinical department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Avantara Joliet
. You will perform activities of daily living, observe changes in condition, ensure a safe environment, and maintain education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
