We’re looking for passionate, talented, and driven culinary professionals to join our opening team. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens and are ready to showcase your skills in a fine-dining environment, this is your chance to shine.
What You’ll Do- Run your own station (sauté, grill, pasta, etc.) with precision and pride.
- Execute advanced techniques: searing proteins, building pan sauces, preparing fresh pasta, and butchering seafood to spec.
- Work with team members, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on specials, menu rollouts, and service excellence.
- Deliver beautifully plated dishes while keeping up with the energy of a bustling fine-dining floor.
- 2–3 years of progressive line experience in upscale or fine‑casual kitchens (Italian cuisine a plus!).
- Proven mastery of at least two stations (pasta, sauté, grill, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to keep pace with coursed service.
- A true passion for food, presentation, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
- Must obtain and maintain all Illinois Gaming Board (IGB) Occupational Licensing.
- Illinois Food Handler certification (within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift 35–50 lbs, and thrive in a high‑energy casino restaurant environment.
