• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• The position requires 10% standing and 90% walking.
• Requires some pushing and twisting.
• Requires frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, stooping, and reaching above and below shoulders.
• Must be able to respond to touch, speech, smell, aural and visual cues.
• Must be able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 (ten) hours in length.
• Must be able to work in areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment involving constant internal and external customer contact.
• Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling customer needs and concerns.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift and mobility to move easily around the entire property.

• Swing Shift: Start time will vary from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (working days will vary). Flexibility is essential.

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled and exciting environment where the execution of "Fast and Flawless" service is paramount.
• Provides timely, accurate, and courteous beverage service to all guests while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follows all cash handling procedures as described in department-specific cash handling procedures and internal controls.
• Assures all drink requests are properly rung on MICROS systems.
• Adheres to all service standards.
• Abides by all laws pertaining to the service and sale of alcoholic beverages as provided in the property alcohol management program.
• Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s, and encourages others to do the same.
• Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures.
• Performs all related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior restaurant experience is required.
• 2 years of service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of all drinks, recipes, and garnishes.
• Ability to be flexible with schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Follows uniform guidelines.
• Clean and neat appearance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
