Position Summary:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM. No nights, weekends, or holidays. School schedule.

• Prepare and present menu items during cafeteria service to Quest standards.
• Follow preparation list for required items and assist with day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Perform bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving, and cleaning.
• Assist customers and maintain line in a consistent, professional manner.
• Assist in cold prep, salad, and grab‑and‑go production.
• Serve food on the hot line.
• Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines.
• Receive and put away all kitchen deliveries.
