Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Summary:

Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. You will wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with bakery orders.

• Ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area
• Maintaining shelves, temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
• Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
• Maintaining the Sales Floor in accordance with company policies and procedures by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
• Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates, and adapt to business needs
• Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specifications, plan for future productions, adhere to food safety standards and inventory management, operate and sanitize equipment
• Be a Techie: use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
• Be an Owner: drive area performance, manage stock, ensure quality and date control, and assist customers per company policies
• Be a Talent Ambassador: model high-quality service and product standards, showing energy and commitment
