What You'll DoOur Sales Associates are key to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Achieve sales targets and build lasting customer relationships by helping customers find products that meet their needs.
- Become a Vision Expert: Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions suited to each customer's lifestyle and preferences.
- Learn and Grow: Enhance your skills through hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals.
- Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
- Create a Welcoming Store Atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for a seamless shopping experience.
- Foster Inclusion & Respect: Maintain an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
- Passion for Customer Service: Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great experiences, retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Sales Savvy: Ability to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Comfort with technology and maintaining transaction accuracy.
- Fashion Forward: Interest in eyewear and fashion trends to help customers find their perfect look.
- Self-Motivated & Adaptable: Resilience and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.04 per hour. Compensation depends on factors like location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits may include health care, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts.
