Salary: $19.00 per hour

• Day Shift: 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Afternoon Shift: 3:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

• Understand and maintain general post instructions and additional emergency post instructions as required by the client.
• Stand and greet guests for extended periods of time.
• Maintain access control procedures set by management.
• Use access control and visitor management systems as needed.
• Keep accurate logs and report any property damage or special occurrences.
• Respond to incidents and document events accurately.
• Greet residents and/or visitors with a professional demeanor.
• Provide excellent customer service, public relations interactions, and maintain an impeccable image at all times.

• Shifts:
  
  8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and/or 3:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
• Ability to stand or walk for the entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
• Remain calm and composed in all situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum age 21.
• High School Diploma, GED, or military service record.
• Valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) or willingness to obtain one.
• 20‑hour training certificate or complete within 30 days of employment.
• Complete pre‑employment screening, including drug screening.
• Maintain impeccable image and adhere to professional grooming standards.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Strong verbal, written, and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Maintain a working telephone at all times.
