The Security Operations Associate IIIprovides specialized support for physical security programs across manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and office environments. The position is responsible for administering access control processes, security systems, visitor management activities, reporting functions, and compliance-related documentation.

Working under general supervision, this role applies specialized knowledge to resolve routine and moderately complex security administration issues, supports security compliance initiatives, and analyzes security-related data and reports. The incumbent regularly partners with Human Resources, Operations, EHS, IT, and external service providers to ensure efficient and compliant security operations.

• Administer daily physical security processes for manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and office facilities.
• Process and maintain employee, contractor, vendor, and visitor access requests.
• Create, modify, and deactivate access credentials in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Support visitor management and contractor access programs to ensure compliance with site security requirements.
• Monitor access control activity and escape security concerns as appropriate.
• Support administration of access control, CCTV, visitor management, and related security systems.
• Maintain system records, user permissions, access groups, and security documentation.
• Troubleshoot routine badge access and system issues and coordinate resolution with vendors or IT support teams.
• Conduct routine system audits to verify data accuracy and access compliance.
• Generate recurring security reports related to badge activity, visitor traffic, contractor access, and security incidents.
• Analyze data trends and identify discrepancies for review by leadership.
• Maintain security metrics and support preparation of dashboards and performance reports.
• Assist with compliance reporting, investigations, and audit activities.

• Support security operations within manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics environments.
• Coordinate access for temporary employees, contractors, vendors, and transportation providers.
• Conduct periodic reviews of access permissions to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
• Assist with investigations involving unauthorized access, policy violations, or security incidents.
