HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN JOLIET, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Technician to join our client in Joliet, IL. This individual is responsible for troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions. The individual will have 2 or more years in maintenance or related fields. Pay, Schedule, Location

• $25 - 27/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits:
  Medical, Dental, Vision
• 4pm - 12:30am, Monday - Friday potential saturdays if needed
• Location in Joliet, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery, including inspections, cleaning, and repairs
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and make necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience with welding, electrical systems, or HVAC
• Experience working in a transportation or warehousing environment
• Certifications in maintenance or related fields
