Cleaning Technician

Servpro is a leading remediation and restoration company that provides services to both residential and commercial clients.

Technicians will perform and support remediation and restoration services of fire damage, water damage, mold damage, storm damage, and commercial services. This can include job preparation/protections, cleaning, repairs, light demolition, and other labor-intensive activities.

• Respond to service calls as needed
• Inventory and Pack-out of contents
• Cleaning of contents
• Cleaning of residential and commercial properties
• Laundry cleaning services
• Maintain clean work vehicles, warehouse, equipment, and related
• Prepare sites for work activities
• Set up staging area and equipment for projects
• Perform remediation/restoration process including cleanups and equipment breakdowns

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must possess valid IL Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time and repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Willingness to work with cleaning products and chemicals.

Salary is highly competitive and will be based upon experience and ability.
