• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Maintain accurate records required for on‑time shipment completion.
• Work collaboratively to accomplish assignments.
• Receive inventory and check merchandise quality and accuracy.
• Wrap and pack merchandise efficiently, maintaining pace and accuracy.
• Prepare all merchandise accurately and ready for shipping on time.
• Use computers, email, scanners, and the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory and document reporting.
• Support and promote company core values.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Comply with C‑TPAT and TSA security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Preferred experience in freight forwarding or transportation industry.

The employee frequently stands, walks, and reaches. Lifts a minimum of 30 lbs individually and 70 lbs team‑lifting. Exerts maximum force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects repeatedly or continuously over time. Bends, stretches, twists, or reaches. Occasionally climbs or balances. Requires seeing details at close range and at distance.
