* * Inventory Associate
* * to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, counting and verifying merchandise, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring inventory is properly organized and recorded. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must be computer literate.

A manager will review each applicant s work experience to determine which position is best suited for their skills and experience. Please be prepared to speak about your previous work history during the interview.

Responsibilities
* Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts accurately.
* Verify product quantities, item numbers, locations, and descriptions.
* Use handheld scanners, RF scanners, PDA systems, or computer systems to update inventory records.
* Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged merchandise.
* Investigate inventory discrepancies and communicate findings to leads or supervisors.
* Ensure merchandise is properly labeled and stored in designated locations.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
* Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation activities.
* Organize and maintain inventory areas to ensure products are easy to locate and access.
* Follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
* Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor or manager.

Requirements
* Previous warehouse, inventory, receiving, or shipping experience preferred.
* Experience using RF scanners, handheld scanners, or warehouse computer systems preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and verify merchandise.
* Basic reading, writing, and computer literacy skills required.
* Ability to accurately record and document inventory information.
* Ability to identify and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for the duration of the shift.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
* Willingness to work overtime or flexible schedules as needed.## T tulo del puesto:
