Warehouse, Distribution​/ General Warehouse

Our client, Warehouse & Logistics is seeking a Warehouse to join their team. As a Warehouse , you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting daily fulfillment and inventory flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to keep orders moving accurately and on time—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse

Location: Joliet, IL

Pay Range: $22.00/hour

Shift: Outbound 2nd shift

Hours:

3-11pm (normal shift hours)

• Pick, pack, and ship parts accurately to support customer and internal order requirements.
• Receive parts and put inventory away in the correct locations to maintain an organized warehouse.
• Maintain quality standards while handling parts to ensure orders are correct and damage is minimized.
• Operate forklift equipment as needed (Cherry picker/Order picker and Reach Truck experience for 1st shift positions).
• Support overtime needs when weekly overtime is called or when mandatory overtime is required after training and once meeting expectations.

• Forklift experience, including Cherry picker/Order picker capability.
• Reach Truck experience for 1st shift positions.
• Experience with picking, packing, and shipping parts in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to receive parts and put them away accurately.
• Must be quality minded and able to follow warehouse processes consistently.

• Clear expectations and direct reporting to Rob Ratajczak.
