Total Staffing Solutions (Powered by TTR) is hiring several Fulfillment Warehouse Associates in Joliet, IL! We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals with warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment experience to join a fast-paced warehouse team.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory.
• Unload, organize, and store incoming merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
• Process e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
• Review Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or shipment issues.
• Complete required training and follow warehouse safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and WMS systems is a plus.
• Basic understanding of shipping and receiving documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
