Salary: $40,000+ Annually (Based on Experience)

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• Previous Accounts Receivable, Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeping, or Finance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
• Strong data entry, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to review detailed financial records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.

• Post and apply customer payments accurately and timely.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, and account issues.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment disputes, and account questions.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and process necessary adjustments.
• Review new customer accounts and assist with credit evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support accurate financial reporting and account reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
