ADMIN ASSISTANT - SB CARDIOLOGY & VASCULAR CLINIC

St. Bernards Healthcare is looking for a ADMIN ASSISTANT to support our Cardiology & Vascular Clinic. This is a full‑time, entry‑level position requiring excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Performs a variety of clerical duties and projects. Maintains a well‑organized, friendly and informative atmosphere for the Administrative Department. Must be able to multi‑task in a high volume, fast‑paced environment, coordinate and provide administrative support independently, and meet deadlines.

• High school graduate; post‑secondary education preferred.
• Minimum one year office experience.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access.
• Experience in positions of trust or confidentiality preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the public and staff.
• Organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and a good team player.
• Results‑oriented perspective with creative and analytical abilities.

• Normal hospital environment; close eye work.
• Normal hearing and ability to distinguish soft tones.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 30 lbs.
• Operates computer, typewriter, copier, laminator, calculator, paper cutter, fax machine.
• Sitting and standing for long periods of time.
