We are looking for a part-time associate producer. The ideal candidate will have a love for all things news and a desire to grow and excel in the media business.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Write/Edit news stories under deadline
• Produce content for , Region 8 News app, Region 8 Weather app
• Follow strategic plan for newsroom
• Assist with producing newscasts
• Must have excellent people skills to deal with a wide range of staff members and experience levels
• Weekend and holiday work required

• College degree preferred
• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
