Program Assistant – Arkansas Early Learning
Join Arkansas Early Learning (AEL) as a Program Assistant / Assistant Teacher and help children ages birth to five receive high‑quality Head Start services. Your work will support families across 16 counties by ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment.
Responsibilities- Ensure comprehensive Head Start services are provided to children and families enrolled in the program.
- Assist staff with creating rich learning opportunities that build on daily routines and support each child's development and education.
- 18 years old or older
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
AEL offers a full‑time schedule with weekends off, 28 paid days off in the first year, competitive pay, paid training, and a benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, life, and more.
