Under the direct supervision of the Education Manager, the Coach is responsible for providing on-going coaching for staff that supports effective teaching practices and leads to positive outcomes for children within the context of a collaborative relationship.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Bachelor s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
