Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their team. As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be part of the Operations department supporting both Engineering and Production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
Competitive salary with annual bonus opportunity
- Lead and implement Lean and DMAIC-based improvement projects to support key plant performance indicators
- Coach and mentor team members in Continuous Improvement tools such as root cause analysis, 5S, and Leader Standard Work
- Drive and sustain a culture of improvement through training, audits, and the CI operating system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify efficiency opportunities and prioritize high-impact initiatives
- Facilitate Kaizen events and share best practices across plant operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 3+years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar CI methodologies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to influence change and motivate cross-functional teams
