• Box Office Cashier - They create a welcome environment for patrons. Sells tickets to movies and special events, provides movie and event information, enforces theatre admission policies. Responsible for security of cash and tickets. Maintains and cleans Box Office area.
• Concession Attendant - They serve prepackaged food and drink and maintains the concession area in a sanitary condition.
• Usher / Doorman - They collect admission tickets, direct patrons to correct auditoriums, help maintain clean facilities such as lobbies, hallways, auditoriums, and restrooms. Greet patrons, assist patrons with general questions or refer the patron to a member of management for assistance.

• Box Office Cashier:
  Cheerfully greets patrons; provides information; accurately sells tickets, accepts payments, and makes change; operates Point of Sale terminals and ticket printers; communicates on a two-way radio; follows MPA film rating guidelines and theatre policies; answers the telephone courteously; keeps the box office area clean and stocked; watches for safety issues and reports to management.
• Concession Attendant:
  Provides friendly and efficient service; serves food in proper portion sizes; maintains adequate food/supplies; cleans concession area; uses equipment as needed; maintains appearance of equipment and counters; ensures sufficient quantities of menu items; receives deliveries when assigned; performs other related duties as required.
• Usher / Doorman:
  Provides friendly and efficient customer service; manages crowd control and assists with seating; cleans and inspects auditoriums; assists patrons with special needs; maintains order and safety adherence; answers questions or handles complaints; inspects backpacks and packages when applicable; performs other related duties as required.
